And you don’t have to give up your first-born to get a mortgage in Mexico.

All loans made to non-Mexicans, regardless of area, will require a guarantee fidelcomlso.

All loans require a $200 Application Fee.

With the Exception of Premier 1, all loans are available in all areas.

Age restrictions: No upper age limits on our loans for non-Mexicans.

Premier 1 has a minimum age requirement of 25. All others are age 18.

Premier IV only make loans to U.S. citizens.

All other loans are available to U.S. citizens and U.S. legal residents. Premier 1 limits the buyer to ONE Mexican property. All loans have a top end or payment ratio of 35%.

Our lenders willconsider exceptions on a case-by-case basis:
Premier 1 is the most flexible and will consider: Down payment of 25%;
DTI to 45%,and Loan amounts to $5,000,000.
