is pre-sale pricing on the first 10 lots of 48.
Lot
financing is available up to 10 years at 10%.
A $10,000 deposit is required and when the CC&R's
are ready you have to bring the deposit up to30%.
You
can start to build a house at any time. Once you
start building you will have two years to complete the
house.
House
plans and elevations will be reviewed by Pedregal de
La Paz Architural Review Committee.
The
payment of Homeowners Dues will be required monthly
on all properties with or without a house on the property.
The amount of the homeowners dues will be less on undeveloped
properties.
You
may write up a contingency offer based upon acceptance
of CC&R's. When the CC&R's are ready for
your approval, you will have 5 days to accept or reject
the CC&r's. If after 5 days you have not either
accepted or rejected the contingency for CC&R's,
the CC&R's are automatically deemed to be accepted.
Lot
sizes vary from about 600
M2 to 2,200 M2.
Prices
start at $100.00 USD per M2. Depending
on the location of the lot.
